Effective portfolio management is the key that unlocks business agility in an organisation. The PMO play a critical role in establishing and improving portfolio management for an organisation.

This course explores the critical success factors for effective portfolio management and identifies strategies and tactics to address organisation blockers.

Delegates will be provided the opportunity to assess how well the critical success factors are established in their organisation and identify specific actions they can take to improve them. The additional 1-day workshop provides the opportunity to develop these actions into an executable plan with their team.
