Hi I’m Bekka, and I bring my experience as a Leadership Coach, Project Manager, Change Programme Leader, Facilitator, Course Tutor and Theatre Director to the world of PMO.
I’ve been coaching people for more than 25 years now, initially as part of my management and leadership roles in a rapidly growing engineering company and then in more specialist and project based roles. I’ve lead a number of large organisational change and technical projects and been fortunate enough to work with some fantastic PMO’s.
Across my varied career I’ve developed and implemented programmes that have changed the way FTSE100 companies deliver projects. I developed and lead the worldwide Cadbury Schweppes Coaching Skills Development programme and coaching practice. I’ve facilitated strategy development programmes for both global organisations and small businesses. Additionally I’ve worked with leaders to ensure their teams work effectively together and with their stakeholders.
I now run my own Coaching and Consultancy Company working with leaders, companies and project teams to ensure they are set up for success. My clients appreciate the results they get from my pragmatic approach which is focused on achieving their business goals. My philosophy is to deliver immediate benefit and lasting change efficiently – oh and to make it fun. I am also Co-Founder of The Virtual Collaboration Academy working with online entrepreneurs and digital freelancers to ensure they have the skills and processes to work together effectively.
