My expertise is helping PMOs deliver the right things faster within their organizations. I work mostly with leaders that have a strong digital/tech focus within their portfolios. This is a fast moving environment where agile practices meet traditional project methodologies head on. PMOs are required to act as coaches, information brokers, and framework hackers, all while ensuring the business strikes the right balance between speed and safety.

I’ve delivered projects and programmes in sectors spanning entertainment, banking, telecoms, and even cement! I’ve lead international PMO teams and delivered in fast moving tech organizations. My coaching and mentoring sessions focus on setting clear and stretching objectives, and organizing the PMO for efficient delivery of the products and projects that really matter to the business.
