PMO Coaching and Mentoring Sessions

Booking Structure
- PMO Administrator, PMO Analyst, PMO Manager and PMO Director coaching.

Minimum Booking: Coaching packages must be booked in a minimum block of 2 x 1-hour sessions.

Initial Familiarisation: Booking includes time for initial familiarisation with the assigned coach.

Booking Form: Clients must complete a booking form to capture and align on their coaching objectives prior to the commencement of sessions.

PMO Administrator Level Coaching Plan
If you’re just starting out in your PMO career and looking for guidance on different aspects of your role, sessions can be booked on an hourly basis.
Discounts start to apply once three or more sessions are required.
At this level it’s all about supporting your education – personal and professional development so you can succeed in your support role.
Examples of sessions at this level:
- Starting a new role and wanting to understand more about what’s expected of you
- Specific help on project, programme or PMO tasks and activities you are expected to do in your role
- Help on improving your confidence in the role
- A sounding board to talk through specific challenges you have
Typical PMO roles:
- Project Administrator
- Project Co-ordinator
- Project Support

PMO Analyst Level Coaching Plan
If you have been working in a PMO team for a while and looking for guidance on improving in your role or making preparations for the next steps in your career, sessions can be booked on an hourly basis.
Discounts start to apply once three or more sessions are required and are booked in bulk.
At this level it’s all about delivering services in your PMO and the coaching will help to support your personal and professional development to provide great services.
Examples of sessions at this level:
- Looking for guidance on setting up or improving specific PMO services
- Making plans to move into the management field of PMO
- Guidance on certain activities or tasks in your role
- Working through a new position at a new organisation
- 1-2-1 education on new aspects of PMO and identifying areas for development
Typical PMO roles:
- PMO Analyst
- Programme Co-ordinator
- Senior PMO Analyst

PMO Manager Level Coaching Plan
If you’re new to managing a PMO or been managing for a while and looking for coaching on making improvements in your role, sessions can be booked on an hourly basis.
At this level it’s about designing, transforming and managing PMOs – PMOs at the project or programme level and personal & professional development support.
Discounts start to apply once three or more sessions are required and are booked in bulk.
Examples of sessions at this level:
- New to a PMO management role and need guidance on getting started
- Previous experience in PMO management but now in a new organisation
- Guidance on accelerating your career in PMO management
- Guidance and education on PMO management topics
- Supporting and leading PMO teams
- 1-2-1 education on new aspects of PMO and identifying areas for development
Typical PMO roles:
- PMO Lead
- PMO Manager
- Head of PMO

PMO Director Level Coaching Plan
For PMO leaders and executives who are looking to improve in their role; overcome specific PMO or workplace challenges or looking for a sounding board. Sessions can be booked on an hourly basis.
Discounts start to apply once three or more sessions are required and are booked in bulk.
At this level it’s about your responsibilities in setting up, leading and directing the entire PMO structure or topography – projects, programmes, portfolio and enterprise.
Examples of sessions at this level:
- Guidance on building or improving PMO leaderships skills
- Creating a PMO strategy – for new or refreshing PMOs
- Making the switch from a business role to a PMO leadership role
- Guidance and education on PMO management topics
- Networking and relationship building in the industry
