The Project, Programme and Portfolio Governance (P3G) course provides the knowledge and understanding necessary to design, implement and operate effective and efficient governance arrangements for a project or programme, or your organization’s entire change portfolio.
It is based upon the book “Project Programme and Portfolio Governance – P3G” published by the TSO.
How many days is the course?
The pilot course is for 2 days and will be held online in our virtual classroom.
Who should attend?
This course would be suitable for those currently in the role of PMO and P30® practitioners, Portfolio Management Executives and Officers, PMs including portfolio, programme, and project team leaders. It is also aimed at members of main boards and their sub-committees, those responsible for governance across organisations and members of Executive Management Teams. In addition to this, executives accountable for project and programme outcomes, including project sponsors and senior responsible owners (SROs) and assurance professions and capability assessors would also benefit from completing the course.
