On the 13th of January, we hosted the Benefits Management and the Role of the PMO Taster Session!
The purpose of this session was to give an understanding of the content of the Benefits Management and the PMO course and how it is delivered in a virtual environment. Eileen talked us through how at PMO Learning we use Zoom for all virtual courses to be able to show the content, have breakout rooms and chat with all delegates. We also use a variety of technology such as Trello and Miro to complete tasks and exercises throughout the courses.
Eileen then moved on to discuss the course objectives, the benefits management lifecycle, and aligning benefits management to project and programme management.
