On Tuesday 4th April we met with Eileen to get an insight into the 3-day MoP® Foundation course!
Eileen started off the session by discussing what it’s like to attend a training course with PMO Learning and what technology we use for our virtual courses! We then had a look into the overview of the MoP® theory and what topics you will learn on each day of the course. To give you further insight Eileen then covers one section of the syllabus looking at governance roles, individual roles, and portfolio-level documentation.
