Today we hosted our second instalment of our Lunch and Learn sessions! These webinar style sessions were designed to discuss various topics, helping PMO Practitioners improve their understanding of the PMO environment!
The topic we discussed today was surrounding the PMO Lifecycle! The purpose of the webinar was to provide an understanding of the stages of a PMO life cycle and the key activities in each stage! It was great to have so many people join us and engage in the chat while Eileen asked everyone to reflect on their own PMO and experiences! Eileen also discussed how the life cycle relates to competences, frameworks and job roles and highlights both the P3O® Certifications as well as the Essentials suite!
