Foundations of PMO Leadership

Foundations of PMO Leadership

You are great at what you do, and now you find yourself needing to step up and lead a PMO Team, but what does that mean you need to do differently?  In this course, we will look at the fundamentals of leadership and how they apply to the PMO.  You will learn about the fundamental roles a leader needs to play and the skills you need in order to play them effectively.

This course does not grow your technical PMO knowledge, rather it looks at how you need to apply your PMO knowledge now you are in a leadership role.  It focuses on delivering your PMO’s remit through your team, and your leadership role in doing that.
