On the 13th of June we met with Eileen for another Lunch and Learn session discussing the topic of the integrated PMO.
The purpose of this session is to provide you with insights into what an integrated PMO is, what the benefits are of an integrated PMO model and how an integrated PMO model can be achieved top down or bottom up.

Lindsay discusses navigating your first steps, understanding PMO and the Manager role, and gives us some insider advice.
In May, we had the pleasure of having one of our trainers Jon Ward leading our Lunch and Learn webinar, discussing the topic of tackling agile in PMO.
Jon Ward is the lead trainer for two of our specialist courses, Lean-Agile PMO and Continuous Improvement for the PMO.
In this webinar, Jon discusses PMO and self-managing teams, PMO metrics strategy, and continuous improvement.
On Tuesday 12th of March, we met with Eileen for another Lunch and Learn webinar discussing why governance is key for PMO success.
The purpose of this session was to explore the importance of effective governance for PMO success and give a brief overview of the 10 principles that are covered in the P3G certification.
In this Lunch and Learn, Eileen discusses the benefits of in-house training courses for teams within an organisation.
If you have six or more members of staff at your organisation wanting to take the same PMO course, you can run it internally at your location or virtually.
In December we met with Lindsay for another Lunch and Learn session to discuss PMO training courses and more specifically, picking the right ones for your role in PMO.
The purpose of the session was to explore the different training courses that exist for people working in PMO today.
On the 13th of November, we met with Lindsay for another Lunch and Learn session discussing your first steps as a PMO Administrator.
The purpose of the session is to provide you with the essential insights and strategies you need to succeed in your new role.
On the 6th of October, we met with Eileen for another Lunch and Learn to discuss the topic of the PMO Roadmap.
The purpose of this session is to provide an understanding of why a PMO needs a roadmap and how to build one.
On the 29th of September, we met with Eileen again for a taster session on the Project, Programme & Portfolio Governance Professional (P3GP) course.
The purpose of this session was to provide an understanding of the purpose, use, and benefits of a PMO Service Catalogue. Eileen also discusses what is a service, support based PMOs vs service based PMOs, and PMO service documentation,
The Value Streams and the PMO course is a new offering from PMO Learning and is led by Jon Ward, who is also the trainer for Lean-Agile PMO.
In May we met with Eileen as we launched the Project, Programme, and Portfolio Governance Professional course!
The Essentials for PMO Analysts course launched last year and is the second instalment in a four-part suite from the House of PMO, designed to give training for each level of PMO practitioner ranging from Administrator, Analyst, Manager, and Director.
On Tuesday 4th April we met with Eileen to get an insight into the 3-day MoP® Foundation course!
In March we met with Lindsay for another webinar to discuss the topic of Ten Ways to Use Your PMO Training to get a New Job!
In this taster session Eileen took us through what it’s like to attend a PMO Learning course, what to expect and the technology we use. Eileen then went on to discuss the course structure and content.
On the 3rd of February we hosted the Essentials for PMO Directors Taster Session!
In our taster sessions, we like to give you an insight into how we teach and what you can expect.

On the 13th of January, we hosted the Benefits Management and the Role of the PMO Taster Session!
The purpose of this session was to give an understanding of the content of the Benefits Management and the PMO course and how it is delivered in a virtual environment. Eileen talked us through how at PMO Learning we use Zoom for all virtual courses to be able to show the content, have breakout rooms and chat with all delegates. We also use a variety of technology such as Trello and Miro to complete tasks and exercises throughout the courses.
On the 23rd of January we hosted the second instalment of our Lunch and Learn Sessions!
The topic we discussed today was surrounding the PMO Lifecycle! The purpose of the webinar was to provide an understanding of the stages of a PMO life cycle and the key activities in each stage! It was great to have so many people join us and engage in the chat while Eileen asked everyone to reflect on their own PMO and experiences!

On the 4th November, we hosted our first Lunch and Learn!
In this webinar, Lindsay discusses how to get started in a PMO role, the role of the PMO Administrator and the courses available such as House of PMO Essentials and P3O® Certifications. Lindsay also then goes on to talk about what career paths are available in PMO, there are so many possibilities which you may have not even realised!

On the 19th August, we hosted our Setting Up a PMO Taster Session - we met with PMO Learning Director, got an understanding of our virtual classroom, and found out more about the two day course designed to walk you through the practical steps in the set up of a PMO.

On the 12th of August, we hosted our Essentials for PMO Managers Taster Session, where we took a look at the brand new certification, meet the chief examiner and our trainer, Eileen J Roden, and get a feel for our virtual classroom experience.
